locates within the administrative framework for the province
of Hodeidah, which lies on the east coast of the Red Sea in

degrees. the land of the project lies amid a unique natural
environment and contains a forest of palm trees and the
types of vegetation make the site of Al Malek a special
place. The project includes a shopping mall , chalets ,
villas and lakes. |

| The project is located in
Hodeidah Governorate – Khokha Directorate on the Red Sea
coast near the southern entrance to the Red Sea where Al
Hendia region - Alehimp to the north of Alehimp village by

beach. By a width ( depth ) mainland ranging between 0. 5 to
1 km. |

maintaining the local architectural style has been taken
into account. The project includes a group of chalets,
shopping centers, lakes and diving center . |

| Mark Island Resort ( Yemen ) |
It is a project for developing
Mark Island at the Republic of Yemen, where Yemen represents
an important point on the tourist map of the world and its
many and diverse tourist resources stress that Yemen will
have an influential place on the map of the world if these
resources are invested well.
Mark Island locates on the beach of the sea and
characterized by marine and mainland scenery nature. The
area of the project is 760 hectares and the project is
located in the warm region between the equator and the
Tropic of Cancer. The Red Sea , in this region, is
characterized in general by the existence of coral reefs and
different beautiful species of colorful fish , and those
resources can be based upon the activities of the diving and
distinct beach tourism that do not depend on the consumption
of these resources.

The idea of this project
depends on finding a major center of service in the heart of
the island in addition to three main areas:
- Tourist villages and areas of natural reserves
concentrated in the northern part of the island.
- Hotels, chalets, motels, concentrated in the
southern part of the island .
- The eastern region of the island in which the
project and areas of medical tourism are located.

There are many touristic
locations in Aden that tend to the marine environment which
includes the mountains.
The proboscis is one of those unique beautiful locations by
its natural composition that takes the form of a head caused
by volcanic factors, and ebb and flow of sea water and due
to the factor of erosion through the times that caused the
location has taken the shape of the proboscis, so it is
called proboscis (Khartom Al Fiel ).

| Proboscis ( Khartom Al Fiel ) is formed
from interwoven rocks . The book of geological imaging of
volcanoes of city of Aden and the smallest Aden describes
this location as a natural bend located in the Golden Coast
Gulf (Juldmor) and result from erosion of Aloschoria rocks.
And is located within the Golden Coast beach that is
characteristic with outstanding beauty of its nature, which
is one of the most beautiful beaches in Al Tawahi
Directorate of the Yemeni governorate Tawah. Where golden
colors of its waters have been formed by reflection of the
rocks and small volcanic accumulations under water with the
sun at sunset to give the site through the viewer see the
indescribable beauty in addition to the clarity and purity
of its waters and the coastal soft soil sandy to complement
magnificence of the place. |
